Room & Rate Policies
RESORT FEE
A 10% resort fee per night will be added to your stay, covering all gratuities for bell staff, valet, concierge, and guest services, along with local shuttle transportation, complimentary bottled water, and access to the digital New York Times. The fee also includes access to a collection of elevated amenities at L’Auberge de Sedona—just a stroll down a private stone path from The Cliffs—where you’ll find curated daily guest experiences, a fully equipped fitness center, and a heated pool and hot tub, all designed to enhance your Sedona experience.
A $4.42 local tourism assessment fee will also be added for each night of your stay to your final folio.
PARKING POLICY
A $35 valet parking fee will be added for each night of your stay to your final folio.
ARRIVAL DETAILS
Check-in time begins at 4:00 PM. While we'll do our best to accommodate early check-in requests, we cannot guarantee availability prior to this time.
Upon arrival, please check in at L'Auberge de Sedona, located at 301 L'Auberge Lane. If your room is not yet ready when you arrive, we'll gladly store your luggage so you can begin exploring the many offerings of Uptown Sedona.
RESERVATIONS & RATES POLICIES
- A 2-night stay may be required for Friday and Saturday night stays April through November and other peak periods, and a 3-night stay may be required on holidays.
- Room Rates are per room/per night and do not include the current local occupancy tax and Tourism Assessment (quoted tax rates are subject to change).
- A one night deposit is taken in the amount of the room rate at time of booking.*
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am.
- The Cliffs welcomes service animals assisting disabled guests, see our pet policy below.
- All of our guestrooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside in designated areas only
- *Reservation policies and deposits may vary and contain further restrictions when booking specials or promotions or when making reservations via a third party or travel agency. Please refer to the policies associated with any promotions or third party agencies.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations can be cancelled up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date with no penalty. Reservations cancelled more than seven (7) days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund on the deposit. Reservations cancelled less than seven (7) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a forfeit of the full amount of the deposit. No-show reservations are also subject to a forfeit of the full deposit amount.
PET POLICY
We look forward to welcoming you and your dog to Sedona! Here are our guidelines for a dog friendly stay at The Cliffs:
- We welcome dogs exclusively in our Cliffs King Deluxe, Cliffs Junior Suite, Cliffs Junior Suite ADA, Cliffs Suite ADA guest rooms.
- A one-time, non-refundable fee of $75 will be charged to your account (two dogs maximum).
- Dogs must be leashed at all times while staying with us, and we ask that dogs are not brought along to the restaurant, bar, spa, pool & hot tub or any public areas while an event is taking place.
- Dogs cannot be left unattended in our guestrooms and suites. Housekeeping service will not be provided if pets are left unattended.
- Damages caused by pets will be assessed separately and are the sole responsibility of the pet owner.
- At this time, we only allow dogs at The Cliffs.
